Anonymous Reporting
f you wish to remain anonymous or are concerned about your safety, you may submit a report to the Independent Ombudsperson, who operates outside the organisational structure of the Solidarity Fund PL.
To maintain anonymity, your report should:
- be submitted in good faith,
- be based on a belief in the truthfulness of the information,
- not contain false accusations,
- not be made for personal gain.

- money laundering and terrorist financing,
- corruption, nepotism, and other abuses,
- theft or actions detrimental to the Foundation, its partners, or contractors,
- irregularities in awarding contracts, grants, recruitment, or humanitarian aid,
- deliberate concealment or failure to report the above matters.
Matters not handled by the Ombudsperson:
- employee complaints and violations of labour rights,
- cases of discrimination, bullying, harassment, or intimidation,
- workplace accidents,
- breaches of personal data protection and cybersecurity,
- appeals in procurement and grant award procedures.
Separate procedures apply in such cases.

What happens after you submit a report?
- Within 10 days, the Ombudsperson will conduct a preliminary assessment.
- If further action is warranted, the Ombudsperson will forward the report to the Foundation – while preserving the whistleblower’s anonymity.
- If the report is deemed unfounded, both you and the Foundation will be informed.
- The Foundation may initiate an internal investigation and prepare a report with recommendations.
Decisions on follow-up actions are made by the President of the Management Board. The Ombudsperson may also notify the relevant law enforcement authorities if there is suspicion of a criminal offence.
