Projects co-financed from the state budget

The “Support for Democracy 2026” programme is financed from the state budget as part of Poland’s development cooperation, implemented by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland. The total value of the programme, which is equal to the grant amount, is PLN 27,619,200.

The programme includes the implementation of dedicated projects in Ukraine and Moldova, activities aimed at strengthening Belarusian civil society, as well as the recruitment and deployment of Polish observers to OSCE/ODIHR election observation missions.

All activities are carried out in line with the Multiannual Development Cooperation Programme 2021–2030 “Solidarity for Development” and the Development Cooperation Plan for 2026.

The financing agreement was signed on 25 March 2026.

This project is financed from the state budget as part of Poland’s development cooperation implemented by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland.
