Conclusion of the PolTAC@Natolin Initiative
On 19 December 2025, the strategic initiative “Poland – Training for Administrative Capacity of Moldova@Natolin (PolTAC@Natolin)” concluded, aiming to support the public administration of the Republic of Moldova in its European Union integration process.
It was an excellent space for exchanging experiences, learning from European experts, and building professional networks.
From June to December, the program offered specialized training for several dozen civil servants, held both at the College of Europe in Natolin and in Chișinău. Participants had the opportunity to take part in interdisciplinary workshops, expert sessions, and networking with representatives of European institutions and partners from Poland, Croatia, Albania, and Montenegro.
During the sessions, participants:
- learned from the experiences of countries that have already undergone the EU accession process;
- practiced coordination of negotiations and accession processes at the government level;
- developed skills for cooperation with EU institutions and member states;
- improved communication with the media and civil society;
- analyzed practices applied in Moldovan institutions and compared them with European models.
In total, over 60 civil servants participated in the program, who are now better prepared to face administrative challenges and to seize the opportunities arising from the EU integration process.
The initiative demonstrates that cooperation, knowledge exchange, and networking have a tangible impact on the development of public administration capacities and support Moldova’s European path.
PolTAC@Natolin was implemented by the Solidarity Fund PL in Moldova in cooperation with the College of Europe in Natolin and the Bureau for European Integration of the Republic of Moldova.
The project was funded under the development cooperation of the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
