SFPL is led by an experienced team of experts who combine in-depth knowledge of development cooperation with strong project management skills. The directors team is responsible for implementing the SFPL strategic directions and overseeing projects carried out in individual countries.
Management
Justyna is an expert in international cooperation. For over 20 years, she has been active in the NGO sector – including as Executive Director of the Polish-U.S. Fulbright Commission and President of the Education for Democracy Foundation. She is also a trainer, advisor, and participant in numerous international development programmes.
Teresa is a specialist in finance and social innovation. For over 30 years, she has been involved in the work of civil society organisations in Poland, the Balkans, and Eastern Europe. She is an experienced auditor, trainer, and advisor, particularly in the areas of social entrepreneurship and NGO capacity building.
