The Solidarity Fund PL announces the public procurement procedure  for selection of the expert for strategic planning of the development of vocational education in the regions of Ukraine and linking vocational education with the Ukrainian labour market needs. The procurement is processed under the EU4Skills Program for the reform of vocational education in Ukraine.

Offers can be submitted in Polish or in English. In this proceeding it is necessary to sign documents with a qualified electronic signature (QES), trusted signature or personal electronic signature, depending on the type of the procedure. Signatures must be certified according to EU standards (read more). A full list of Polish providers of qualified electronic signature is available under the link.
