Solidarity Fund PL informs that the proceeding of “Request for quote ZO/2020/14” has been concluded.

In response to the “Request for quote no. ZO/2020/14” six (6 ) quotes for the delivery of a public procurement contract have been delivered by 17:00 (GMT+4), June, 1st 2020. The list below summarizes the offers by the proposed contract value in PLN (gross). The offers are presented according to the date of submission.

The offers were verified based on the formal criteria and evaluated on-merit on June, 3rd 2020 when the Procurement Board assembled.
The on-merit evaluation was based on the provision of p. 8 (Contractor selection criteria) of the “Request for quote no. ZO/2020/14”, where:

• criteria 1 (K1), [60 points max], is related to what is described in the p. 8.a) of the Request for quote no. ZO/2020/14 and refers to the degree of compliance with the requirements specified in point 4 of request for quote, i.e.:

a) Previous experience in using or co-creating electronic tools for local governments or tools for broadly understood social dialogue.

b) Previous experience in creating electronic tools in English (including sharing code for translation into other languages, in this particular case into Georgian).

c) The degree to which the project corresponds to the process map “User Journey Map” (https://miro.com/welcomeonboard/cizQyaZgzepvUcT5UZKAmOM8rIHttSylzn6AR7IdC0IKY2HaHE80PMNBpYFcxunA)*.

d) A team program developers and computer graphic designers.

• criteria 2 (K2), [40 points max.] is related to what is described in the p. 8.b) of the Request for quote no. ZO/2020/14 and refers to the price where the following formula applies: C= Cmin/Cindiv x 40 points.

The maximum total score allocated to any Contractor under the “Request for quote no. ZO/2020/14” is 100 points.

The offer submitted by Bit by Bit LLC was considered by the Procurement Board as the best offer, meeting all the provisions specified in the “Request for quote no. ZO/2020/14” to the greatest extent.
